On 28^th of November 2009, Aalborg Portland (Anqing) Co., Ltd., (APAQ) celebrated, at the presence of over 300 distinguished guests, industry associations and media, the start of operations at the new plant, capable of producing 600,000Mt/year. Ms Susanne Hydelund, Consul General of the Royal Danish Consulate in Shanghai，Mr. Zhang Jinrui, Chairman of Political Consultative Conference of Anqing，Mr. Yu Xinmin, chairman and general manager of TCDRI，Mr. Frank Norman Larsen, vice president of overseas operation of Aalborg Portland and so on. It is the biggest and most technologically advanced plant in Asia and by mid 2010 it will produce P.W. 52.5 grade, the only one in China to produce such high grade of White Cement.                                              

 

Aalborg Portland Group

Aalborg Portland in China

Aalborg Portland (Anqing) Co., Ltd., (APAQ), one of AP subsidiaries, was founded in November 2004.
